Nermin Kadribašić | Bosnia & Herzegovina Country Manager

Nermin joined GovRisk in 2024 and has been responsible for developing and implementing the company’s country strategy for BiH, identifying growth opportunities, and overseeing the expansion of BiH and Western Balkan programmes.

Prior to joining GovRisk, Nermin worked with key donor agencies such as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the European Union (EU), the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), and the Regional Anti-Corruption Initiative (RAI). Recognized as an expert in anti-corruption and rule of law, he has over 15 years of experience supporting chief prosecutors in drafting their strategic and annual plans and was a member of the cantonal anti-corruption team in BiH. He has contributed to anti-corruption strategies, integrity plans, and whistleblower protection laws.

Nermin has also trained criminal justice professionals and advised on asset management regulations. He holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Sciences—Economic Crime, is a certified trainer in corruption investigation, and is currently a PhD candidate in Criminology
