Project Overview

Location:

Mexico City, Mexico

Date:

beginning 01/04/2015

In June 2015 Mexico approved the constitutional reform to create a National Anti-Corruption System. The new system aims to coordinate and harmonize the actions and policies at all three levels of government (Federal, State and Municipal) to prevent, detect and punish corruption.

In order to ensure that international best practices are incorporated into the strategy, processes and procedures of key institutions responsible for the implementation of the reform, GovRisk will work with the Ministry of Public Administration, the Superior Auditor of the Federation, the Institute for the Federal Judiciary, the National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection and the Attorney General's Office.
