Private Sector Training - Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy

22nd - 23rd November 2012

Following the GovRisk training for Malaysian Public Sector departments on the 19th - 21st November, GovRisk are
pleased to present this private sector course in AML/CFT risk governance.
Over two days, participants will focus on how to achieve better cooperation with the various authorities and how to
react to changing international standards. There will also be a strong commercial focus, aimed at providing a better
service to clients through greater understanding of their business, so that compliance measures and controls are not
an unnecessary hindrance to growth.
The GovRisk trainer Gert Demmink has established a reputation for first class advice to private sector clients in
sensitive matters such as export controls, supply chains, trade finance and proliferation, ensuring that the business
reasons behind a transaction are analysed in the proper context.
